Audition Process:
The audition process for Whiteboard Challenge® follows the actual interview process practiced by recognizable companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google, and more. The only difference is Whiteboard Challenge® provides reasonable accommodations; whereas, tech interviews refuse. In this sense, the Whiteboard Challenge® is easier.
Challenge:
The challenge has three phases:
- Phase 1: Follow the clues pointed to in the above video for Whiteboard Challenge®. The clue will take you to the next phase of the challenge.
- Phase 2: Decipher the code on screen. The decoded message will provide full details and a link to your final challenge.
- Phase 3: Solve the three parts to the code challenge and submit all three in your answer to the address provided. All three parts in this challenge must be included for your code challenge to be acceptable.
Requirements:
Following outdated interview practices and memorizing the contents of a book will not help you in this challenge. You must work alone and provide an explanation for how you arrived at your answer. Valid and correct submissions will be contacted for availability and next steps.
